These Terms of Service (hereinafter “Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of “シンプルアポ管理” (hereinafter “the App”) provided by Kazuki Shibutani (Individual) (hereinafter “we” or “us”).
By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms apply to all relationships between users and us regarding use of the App.
- Any guidelines or rules presented within the App form part of these Terms.
Article 2 (Conditions of Use)
- Users shall use the App after agreeing to these Terms.
- We may restrict or suspend access in the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms
- Unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use
- Any other case we deem inappropriate
Article 3 (Data Processing and Storage)
- Data entered by the user (partner profiles, appointment details, etc.) is stored on our backend service (Supabase) tied to an anonymous device ID.
- We do not link this anonymous ID to personally identifiable information.
- Users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the data they enter.
Article 4 (Data Deletion)
- Users may delete all their data at any time from Settings → Delete All Data within the App.
- We are not liable for data that remains on the server if a user uninstalls the App without using the delete feature.
Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not:
- Violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Use the App for criminal purposes or to assist criminal activity
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of us or third parties
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise analyze the App
- Interfere with the operation of the App or backend infrastructure
- Engage in any other acts we deem inappropriate
Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- Copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or legitimate rights holders.
- Rights to data entered by users belong, in principle, to the user.
Article 7 (Changes and Suspension of Service)
We may change or suspend the App without prior notice in the following cases:
- System maintenance or updates
- Failures of external services (e.g., Supabase)
- Force majeure such as natural disasters
- Any other case where continued operation is not feasible
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
- The App is provided “as is.” We make no warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for damages arising from:
- Failures or specification changes of external services
- Loss of data due to device reset or Keychain wipe without prior data deletion
- Issues arising from the user’s device environment
- Indirect or incidental damages related to use of the App
- This limitation does not apply in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 9 (Termination of Use)
We may restrict or suspend access without prior notice if a user violates these Terms.
Article 10 (Changes to Terms)
- We may revise these Terms when deemed necessary.
- Revised Terms take effect when announced within the App or through other appropriate means.
Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)
Personal information shall be handled in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
- In the event of a dispute, the court having jurisdiction over our place of residence shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
