2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to the iOS application “シンプルアポ管理” (hereinafter “the App”).

3. Information Collected

The App stores only information you choose to enter:

  • Partner nicknames and profile details (age, occupation, hobbies, meeting app, free-form notes)
  • Appointment details (date, time, venue, step, reservation status)
  • Notification preferences (delivery time)

This data is associated with an anonymous ID that is automatically generated on first launch and stored in your device’s Keychain. The App never links this ID to your Apple ID or any personally identifiable information.

4. Information Not Collected

The App does not collect:

  • Name, email address, phone number, or other direct identifiers
  • Contacts, photo library, or calendar access
  • Location data (map display uses MapKit’s own network connection; the App does not access your current location)
  • Analytics, crash reports, or behavioral logs (no third-party SDKs are included)

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Supabase Inc. infrastructure (servers located outside Japan may be used). All network communication is encrypted with TLS.

Supabase acts as a data processor for the App. It does not use your data beyond what is necessary to operate the service. See the Supabase Privacy Policy for details.

6. Third-Party Disclosure

The App does not sell or share your data with third parties.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time from Settings → Delete All Data within the App.

Uninstalling the App without using this feature may leave data on the server. If your device Keychain is wiped (e.g., full device reset), the same anonymous ID cannot be recovered and previously stored data becomes orphaned on the server. We recommend using Delete All Data before a device reset.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated without prior notice. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
